About Us

Biancawas established in 1995, we advocate Lohas life style and eat slowly as a Pasta restaurant creed. We provide delicious and heathy dishes to share with our quests.

Department of baking was started in 2002, fully use of natural ingredients to bake cakes for a better choice for our guests.

We are so proud of introducing our organic farm in Xiluo, the best supplier of all kinds of vegetables that we use everyday.

琵央卡餐廳成立於1995年，我們以樂活、慢食的概念為餐廳的創立衷旨，

提供美味的、健康的義大利麵料理與消費者分享。

烘焙部門~2002年開始，我們自己手作各式甜點，完全使用天然的食材來烘焙蛋糕，

          提供消費者更好的蛋糕，讓客人都能有更幸福的感受。

有機農場~2010年開始種植有機蔬菜，農場種植各式生菜沙拉用的生菜及料理用的蔬菜。
